Open Source Hardware(OSHW) Logo Unveiled

Couple of days back we reported Facebook-the socialnetwork giant sharing it’s server designs open and free to all. Well, if that was the beginning of the ”Open Compute Project” or the “Open Hardware Project” there is one more mind blowing news for it’s supporters. The official logo for the Open Hardware Project has been unveiled after the public voting for the OSHW logo. The openhardwaresummit website claims almost 9000 people voted, and the community selected “Golden Orb” by Macklin Chaffee as the OSHW Logo v1.0.
